  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon dry basil

  • ½ teaspoon granulated onion

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika

Directions

  1. Soak the potato slices in water for 15 minutes to remove excess starch and achieve crispiness.

  2. Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.

  3. In a mixing bowl, add oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, dry basil, granulated onion, and paprika. Toss the potato slices until evenly coated with the seasoning mix.

  4. Transfer half of the seasoned potato slices into the air fryer basket.

  5. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.

  6. Remove the first batch and cook the second batch, which should take around 14 minutes as the air fryer is preheated.

  7. Serve your crispy, herby potato slices with your favorite dip or as a side dish.
