For the Dough

Directions

Make the Spicy Sauce:

In a saucepan, combine crushed tomatoes, chipotle in adobo, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, chili powder, cayenne, paprika, oregano, and salt.

Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until fragrant and warm.

Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth, then set aside.

Prebake the Dough:

Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Grease a 14-inch pizza pan.

Stretch the dough into a 14-inch circle and place it on the pan.
